Supports 5G! Huawei nova 16s Pro launched overseas: Kirin 9010S chip, pre-installed with EMUI 16

Huawei held a global new product launch event in Munich, Germany, officially unveiling several new products including the nova 16s Pro.

From the exterior design and core specifications, the Huawei nova 16s Pro can essentially be seen as the international version of the domestic nova 16 Pro.

However, in terms of software, the nova 16s Pro does not run the HarmonyOS 6.1 used in the domestic version, but instead comes pre-installed with the EMUI 16 system tailored for overseas markets.

In terms of performance, the new device is powered by the Kirin 9010S processor and supports 5G networks.

The Huawei nova 16s Pro features a 6.84-inch OLED flat display with a resolution of 2856x1320, supporting 1-120Hz LTPO adaptive refresh rate, 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and a touch sampling rate of up to 300Hz.

For imaging, the new device sports a triple rear camera setup, with the main camera being a 200MP RYYB large-sensor lens featuring a 1/1.28-inch sensor, F1.8 aperture, and OIS optical image stabilization.

It also includes a 50MP RYYB periscope telephoto lens supporting 3.7x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom, along with a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens offering a 118° field of view and 2.5cm macro shooting. To enhance color reproduction, the nova 16s Pro's rear also features a 1.5MP multispectral sensor.

On the front, it houses a 50MP portrait lens, also paired with a 1.5MP multispectral sensor, focusing on selfies and portrait photography.

In terms of battery life, the Huawei nova 16s Pro packs a 7000mAh large-capacity battery into a 7.1mm body and supports 100W wired fast charging.

Other features include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, dual-band GPS, and tri-band BeiDou positioning, along with symmetrical stereo dual speakers.
