Acer launches Aspire G 3D 16 laptop: Strix Halo chip with glasses-free 3D display support.

Acer has launched the Aspire G 3D 16 laptop (model AG3D16-81M).
This model is based on AMD's "Strix Halo" chip platform, with its core highlight being support for glasses-free 3D display technology, offering a new option for content creation and immersive visual experiences.
The Aspire G 3D 16 is powered by AMD Ryzen AI Max+ series processors, equipped with up to 128GB LPDDR5X-8000 memory and a 2TB M.2 PCIe Gen4 NVMe solid-state drive, fully meeting the storage and computing demands of multitasking and large-scale creative workflows.
It features a 16-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 3840 x 2400 in 2D mode, switching to 1920×2400 in 3D mode, supporting a 120Hz refresh rate, 450nits brightness, and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, balancing flat-panel precision with stereoscopic visual effects.
The laptop comes pre-installed with the SpatialLabs 3D Hub application, allowing users to freely switch between 2D and 3D display modes for a glasses-free stereoscopic viewing experience, suitable for scenarios such as 3D design, product presentation, and multimedia content creation.
Additionally, the laptop supports Wi-Fi 7 wireless connectivity and features a built-in 5-megapixel IR camera. Ports include two USB4 interfaces and an SD UHS-II card reader, meeting high-speed data transfer and peripheral expansion needs. It houses a 99.9Wh high-capacity battery, with a body thickness of 18.3mm and a weight of approximately 1.8kg, offering a degree of portability despite its high-performance configuration.
