Another MPV from Harmony Intelligent Mobility makes its debut, with official images of the new Xiangjie V8 released, targeting the 300,000-yuan segment.

Following the Zhijie V9 and Zunjie V680/V800, Hongmeng Zhixing's third MPV is about to debut—it's the Xiangjie V8.

The Xiangjie V8 is also positioned as a large MPV, with overall dimensions of 5335*2005*1825mm and a wheelbase of 3250mm. It will offer both pure electric and extended-range powertrains, available in rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive configurations.

In terms of design, the Xiangjie V8 adopts a completely different language, featuring a streamlined silhouette. It is equipped with Huawei's 896-line LiDAR, a through-type light strip plus chrome trim at the front, split headlights positioned below, and a trapezoidal grille.

The side profile is very minimalist, with almost no cluttered lines. Details include frameless exterior mirrors, fender-mounted perception components, B-pillar cameras, solid door handles, and six-spoke wheels, with optional LC dimming glass and additional wheel styles.

The rear design is not particularly innovative either, retaining a through-type LED taillight with chrome trim, while a solid-state LiDAR is mounted on the roof to enhance perception accuracy.

For powertrains, the pure electric version offers rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive, with corresponding peak motor outputs of 227kW and 160+227kW. The ternary lithium battery comes from CATL, with a standard 100kWh capacity expected.

The extended-range version is equipped with a 1.5T range extender producing 118kW, also available in rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive, with corresponding peak motor outputs of 227kW and 160+227kW. Batteries are also sourced from CATL, offered in both LFP and ternary lithium chemistries.

Judging by the vehicle naming, the Xiangjie V8 is clearly positioned lower than the Zhijie V9. From a design perspective, this model is evidently aimed at family use, so it's reasonable to expect the Xiangjie V8's price to fall in the 300,000 yuan range, making it the most accessible MPV in the Hongmeng Zhixing lineup.
