According to reports, today, Zhang Xue Motorcycles announced the establishment of a special fund for nurturing young riders, donating 1 million yuan annually to support Chinese juvenile motorcyclists aged 11 to 16, with each person receiving 100,000 to 300,000 yuan per year. The first batch is planned to support 5 to 10 people.
Training cycle: 1-3 years, covering the entire process from training and competition to international exchange. Three-year goals: support 15-30 young riders, and push at least 2 to reach the podium in international competitions.
In addition, the plum wine brand "Meijian" will also donate 1 million yuan, bringing the first-year fund pool to a total of 2 million yuan.
In May 2026, Zhang Xue, founder of Zhang Xue Motorcycles, announced unconditional support for domestic young riders. He subsequently furthered cooperation with the Chongqing Sports Foundation, with Zhang Xue Motorcycles donating 1 million yuan to the foundation to officially establish the "Zhang Xue Motorcycles Young Rider Nurturing Special Fund," systematically supporting the growth of young riders in an institutionalized manner.
Worth mentioning, Zhang Xue has also publicly stated his hope to cultivate Chinese riders to challenge for world championships.
To this end, he even addressed his team's rider Debis, who won 6 championships this season: "If you train a Chinese rider stronger than yourself, I'll take care of your retirement."
