OPPO Find series product lead Zhou Yibao has shared a set of real-world portrait samples shot with the upcoming OPPO Find X9 Pro, directly comparing them with photos taken on the iPhone 17 Pro.
According to Zhou, the OPPO Find X9 series comes equipped across the lineup with its cutting-edge Danxia Color Restoration Lens, designed to tackle one of the toughest challenges in smartphone imaging — maintaining accurate color reproduction in large, uniform color areas.
In the side-by-side comparison, the Find X9 Pro demonstrates superior performance, with more natural skin tones, better detail on accessories like earrings, and richer, more accurate colors on objects such as lemons and flower petals on the table. The results, Zhou claims, clearly outshine those of the iPhone 17 Pro.
Zhou emphasized that this Danxia Color Restoration Lens represents the fourth-generation solution, calling it “one of OPPO’s most powerful imaging breakthroughs,” dubbing it part of OPPO’s ‘Hasselblad Master Quality’ strategy.
The advanced lens works in tandem with the main imaging lens and a global multispectral sensor, ensuring unprecedented precision and accuracy in color reproduction. This technology is designed to excel across a wide range of scenarios, from daytime to low-light photography, portraits to landscapes, as well as Live Photos and video recording.
The OPPO Find X9 series is set to make its official debut on October 16, 2025, with the Find X9 Pro positioned as a direct competitor to flagship models like the iPhone 17 Pro.
