REDMI K100 Pro Max features an exclusive 2.1 stereo system: dual 1115D + 1620 subwoofer

REDMI officially announced the audio configuration of the K100 Pro Max, which continues to feature the industry-exclusive 2.1 stereo three-speaker system.

It employs two 1115D full-range drivers plus an independent 1620 ultra-large subwoofer, with the entire acoustic architecture co-tuned in collaboration with Bose. This is exclusive hardware configuration for the Pro Max model, while the K100 Pro is only equipped with symmetrical dual speakers.

The two 1115D full-range drivers handle left and right channel stereo output, ensuring clear and transparent vocals and high-frequency instrument details. The independent subwoofer has ample vibration area and is dedicated to outputting the 60Hz to 200Hz low-frequency band, effectively compensating for the typically weak bass quality of phone external speakers.

Thanks to this, the K100 Pro Max delivers a stronger spatial soundstage when watching blockbusters, playing bass-heavy music, or during mobile gaming battles, enabling precise directional sound positioning in game scenarios.

Last year, the K90 Pro Max was the industry's first to feature 2.1-channel audio, and it remains unique in the industry to this day. At that time, spokesperson Eason Chan appeared in person at the launch event and praised its sound quality as "really nice to listen to."

At that time, the two parties also collaborated to re-record the highly acclaimed new version of "King of Song," available in both Cantonese and Mandarin versions. Presented under a day-and-night dual concept, the Cantonese version is titled "King of Song AIR (Day Version)" and the Mandarin version is titled "King of Song AIR (Night Version)."

In addition to sound quality, the K100 Pro Max also features a floating light ring next to the subwoofer on the back. When music is played through the external speaker, the light pulses in sync with the rhythm, achieving an audio-visual synchronized light effect.
