R&D investment, quality control, and safety requirements are all second to none! Yijing executives: Huawei's intelligent driving level remains top-tier in the industry.

Recently, at a public event, Zeng Qinglin, General Manager of Yijing Motors, stated directly that Huawei's current intelligent driving technology remains at the top tier of the entire industry.
His judgment is backed by solid practical evidence, such as Huawei's deployment of 896-line LiDAR hardware, its intelligent driving system iterated to ADS version 5, and cumulative real-world intelligent driving data exceeding 13 billion kilometers—these long-term core advantages are not something any random supplier on the market can easily replicate in a short time.
Huawei's R&D investment intensity in intelligent driving, its full-chain quality control standards, and its deeply ingrained safety-first requirements are all unique within the industry.
The executive also emphasized that no matter how powerful the intelligent driving software algorithms are, they still need sufficiently solid hardware foundations to support them.
An intelligent driving system is like the brain of a car, while chassis tuning and body safety configurations are equivalent to the vehicle's skeleton and muscle response capabilities. Even if the brain's judgment and reaction are fast, if the hardware-level body can't keep up with execution speed, the final real-world performance will be that although the awareness of risk is already in place, the vehicle's evasive actions always lag behind, failing to fully unleash the software's advantages.
He also mentioned that regardless of which automotive brand it is, as long as it can integrate the industry's strongest intelligent driving software with the strongest underlying hardware, optimize all top-tier configurations and performance to the fullest, and ultimately deliver a product with excellent user experience to ordinary consumers, that would be a genuine blessing for the broader user base.
Zeng Qinglin finally reiterated that self-strengthening will always be the foundational development principle any automotive brand should uphold. While there is a legitimate need across the industry to admire the strong and choose to collaborate, brands must simultaneously build up commensurate R&D capabilities, manufacturing capacity, and full-chain system competitiveness when leveraging external support, in order to stand firm in long-term market competition.
