Random write performance improved by 114% compared to the previous generation! YMTC Zhitai Ti600s SSD now on sale: up to 4TB, starting at 1189 yuan.

Zhiti, under Yangtze Memory, officially launched its new consumer-grade solid-state drive product, the Ti600s, today. The biggest upgrade of this new product is that its storage particles have been iterated to the new Xtacking 4.0 QLC architecture.
From the parameter details officially released, the Ti600s continues to use the PCIe Gen4 ×4 interface, which has the highest adoption rate in the consumer market, fully complies with the NVMe 2.0 protocol standard, and can be directly compatible without requiring users to upgrade older motherboards.
Compared to the previous generation, the Ti600s's maximum sequential read and write speeds have been increased from 7000MB/s and 6000MB/s to 7400MB/s and 6900MB/s, respectively.
Its maximum random write performance has been directly boosted by up to 114%, reaching 1500K IOPS, while random read performance has also seen a significant 44% improvement.
The Ti600s adopts a mature DRAM-less solution without external independent cache, balancing performance output and power consumption control. The entire product line offers four capacity versions: 512GB, 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB. The launch prices for the latter three mainstream capacities are 1189 yuan, 1889 yuan, and 3899 yuan, respectively.
