Starting at 6400 yuan! Lenovo V15 Gen 6 AMN goes on sale: Ryzen 5 with numeric keypad

Lenovo has quietly launched its new 15-inch laptop, the V15 Gen 6 AMN, in the European market. The model has already gone on sale in Austria and Germany, with other markets showing "coming soon" status.

The V15 Gen 6 AMN is powered by an AMD Ryzen 5 40 processor, which uses the older Zen 2 architecture and a 6nm process, featuring 4 cores and 8 threads with a maximum boost clock of 4.3GHz.

This processor belongs to AMD's Mendocino family and integrates a Radeon 610M integrated GPU (based on RDNA 2 architecture with 2 compute units), capable of running older games only at 720p low settings.

The V15 Gen 6 AMN comes with 16GB of LPDDR5-5500 memory and a 256GB PCIe 4.0 solid-state drive.

It is equipped with a 47Wh battery, delivering over 18.5 hours of battery life under the JEITA-BAT 3.0 test standard (at 200 nits brightness). This performance is quite impressive for a 15-inch laptop in its price range, sufficient to support all-day mobile office needs.

The V15 Gen 6 AMN features a 15.6-inch 1080p IPS display with a 16:9 aspect ratio, 300 nits brightness, a 60Hz refresh rate, and 45% NTSC color gamut coverage.

The device includes 2 USB-C ports (5Gbps, both supporting 45-65W PD charging and DP 1.2 video output), 2 USB-A ports (one of which is Hi-Speed USB), 1 HDMI port, 1 RJ45 wired Ethernet port, 1 3.5mm audio jack, and 1 Kensington Nano security lock slot.

Notably, this model retains a dedicated numeric keypad, which is quite practical for users in finance, data entry, and other fields requiring frequent numeric input.

The starting price in Europe is €819 (approximately RMB 6,400). Lenovo has not yet announced the release plans for the V15 Gen 6 AMN in the Chinese mainland market.
