Top investment bank's endorsement! Goldman Sachs predicts Xiaomi Auto deliveries will exceed 1 million vehicles by 2028.

According to reports, internationally renowned investment bank Goldman Sachs recently released a research report with an optimistic outlook on Xiaomi EV's market performance over the next three years.
The data charts accompanying the report show that Goldman Sachs predicts Xiaomi EV will deliver 500,000 vehicles in 2026, 770,000 vehicles in 2027, and by 2028, total deliveries could reach 1.036 million vehicles, officially crossing the million-vehicle annual sales threshold.
The report analysis suggests that since the official launch of the SU7, Xiaomi EV has demonstrated strong execution capabilities in capacity building and supply chain management. Compared with industry averages, Xiaomi EV's production ramp-up speed ranks in the top tier, with delivery volumes rising steadily.
Meanwhile, Xiaomi has accumulated a massive user base over years of operations in smart terminals and AIoT businesses, and this ecosystem advantage is now empowering its automotive business. Relying on its "Human x Car x Home Full Ecosystem" strategy, Xiaomi EV has created differentiated advantages in smart cockpits and cross-device connectivity, which has also helped the brand gain significant market attention.
This institutional forecast has also been regarded by many netizens as the industry's recognition of Xiaomi EV's product strength. However, it should be noted that this data is merely an investment bank's projection and speculation, not an official performance target set by Xiaomi. The final market performance will also be constrained by multiple variables, including industry competition, the pace of new model launches, and supply chain fluctuations.
Looking back at the first half of 2026, Xiaomi EV has already delivered a solid performance, with cumulative deliveries exceeding 180,000 vehicles. Among them, January deliveries surpassed 39,000 units, and in February, despite the impact of the Spring Festival holiday and phased production adjustments, deliveries still exceeded 20,000 units — the overall start has been very stable.
