Today, Unitree Robotics released its announcement for the initial public offering and listing on the STAR Market, with the issue price set at RMB 150.80 per share. According to the issuance arrangement, the online and offline subscription dates and the payment date have been set. In this offering, Unitree Robotics will publicly issue 40,446,434 shares, accounting for 10% of the total share capital after issuance. Upon completion of the issuance, the company's total share capital will increase to 404,464,340 shares. Based on the issue price of RMB 150.80 per share, the company's market value for this issuance is approximately RMB 60.993 billion, with total expected fundraising of approximately RMB 6.099 billion; after deducting issuance expenses, the expected net fundraising is approximately RMB 5.917 billion. Regarding strategic placement, the final allocation was 8,089,286 shares, accounting for 20% of the offering size. Participants include the Social Security Fund, DeepSeek, and entities related to China National Petroleum Corporation. Financial data shows that from 2023 to 2025, Unitree Robotics achieved operating revenue of RMB 159 million, RMB 393 million, and RMB 1.699 billion, respectively; during the same period, net profits attributable to the parent company were RMB -11.1451 million, RMB 95.4747 million, and RMB 278 million, respectively, making it one of the few high-performance general-purpose robot companies globally to achieve profitability.
