Xiaomi HyperOS 4 Beta second batch devices have started rolling out: Xiaomi 15, K90 Ultra Edition, and others are included.

Xiaomi announced today that the second batch of devices for the Xiaomi HyperOS 4 Beta will begin receiving the update starting today.

It should be noted that this rollout is only available to users who participated in and passed the Beta recruitment. More devices will be covered in subsequent waves.

The second batch of devices is as follows:

Xiaomi 17 Max, Xiaomi 17T Pro, Xiaomi 17T, Xiaomi 15 Ultra, Xiaomi 15S Pro, Xiaomi 15 Pro, Xiaomi 15, REDMI K90 Max, REDMI K90 Ultra, REDMI K Pad 2.

Xiaomi reminds users that after completing the upgrade, the system will automatically recompile apps to match more efficient memory management mechanisms and operational performance.

Since background compilation consumes some CPU resources, it may cause a short-term increase in power consumption.

However, the background compilation process only needs to run once in full, and the device typically reaches a stable power-optimized state within about 3 days of normal use.

It is understood that Xiaomi HyperOS 4 brings upgrades in visual design and system experience, with the visual side introducing a new "Soft Glass" material.

This material can sense ambient colors and automatically adjust transparency based on current content attributes, enhancing visual quality while maintaining content readability.

Additionally, "Soft Glass" can sense user interactions and respond to operations in real time through dynamic lighting effects, giving the system interface a more lively visual experience.
