Shen Kaihong's OpenHarmony community code contributions exceed 10 million lines! Ranking first among non-Huawei ecosystem vendors.

Shen Kaihong announced that its code contributions to the OpenHarmony community have surpassed 10 million lines, ranking first among ecosystem vendors outside Huawei.

Shen Kaihong is a Platinum Donor of the OpenAtom Foundation and a Class A Donor to the OpenHarmony project group, with long-term deep involvement in community co-building.

To date, Shen Kaihong holds 4 PMC seats, has 35 Committers, and has gathered 330 dedicated code contributors.

It deeply participates in the co-building of 30 SIG groups, covering key areas such as soft bus, Ark runtime, XTS, auxiliary tools, unified interconnection, cross-platform frameworks, robotics, and embodied intelligence, providing important support for OpenHarmony's technical iteration.

In September 2020, the OpenAtom Foundation accepted Huawei's donation of the basic capabilities code for the HarmonyOS operating system and open-sourced it, officially naming it OpenAtom OpenHarmony, or OpenHarmony for short.

After years of development, the OpenHarmony ecosystem has expanded to cover an increasing number of terminals and industry scenarios.

In July, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology disclosed at a press conference that the OpenHarmony operating system has fully covered terminal devices such as phones, computers, cars, and home appliances, with cumulative ecosystem devices exceeding 1.35 billion, and more than 100 industry distributions built on OpenHarmony, such as "Dianhong" and "Yihong," have been launched.
