Hello e-bike uses OpenHarmony system + HiSilicon module: NFC tap-to-unlock, onboard navigation.

Recently, the new smart electric bike "Hello Navigator," jointly developed by Hello Cycling, Shanghai HiSilicon, Amap Open Platform, and the OpenHarmony community, made its debut in Baotou.
The model's core is equipped with a 5-inch high-definition smart screen, completely abandoning the traditional black-and-white segment code dashboard and phone holder of shared two-wheelers, addressing the long-standing interaction shortcomings in the industry.
This smart screen serves as the intelligent hub of the vehicle, delivering four core practical functions:
First, NFC combined with OpenHarmony enables instant phone tap-to-unlock, eliminating the need to open the app or scan a QR code, optimized for efficient bike retrieval during peak hours.
Second, it is the first in the industry to feature Amap's RTOS lightweight native vehicle navigation, leveraging Shanghai HiSilicon's Di Ting module's GNSS high-precision positioning and on-device AI computing power. It supports offline maps, route planning, and POI search, allowing cycling without holding a phone, with clear screen visibility under strong light, greatly enhancing riding safety.
Third, during navigation, it proactively pushes notifications for compliant parking areas, guiding users to park properly and alleviating urban parking violation enforcement pressure.
Fourth, the vehicle is 4G online, supporting OTA remote upgrades via OpenHarmony, with future iterations enabling AI voice, in-vehicle applications, and more, breaking the limitations of fixed functionality in transportation vehicles.
The entire product has a complete software-hardware integrated technology base, with a four-party division of labor and collaboration: Shanghai HiSilicon's Di Ting module provides underlying hardware computing power for the main controller, 4G communication, high-precision positioning, on-device AI, and SparkLink; OpenHarmony connects the ecosystem of devices like phones, wristbands, and smart helmets; Amap customizes a lightweight vehicle navigation system suitable for smart terminals; Hello Cycling integrates the riding scenario, restructuring the full interaction logic.
Traditional shared electric bikes can only display speed and battery level, with navigation entirely dependent on phones. However, the Hello Navigator, with its integrated smart screen, achieves independent network connectivity and autonomous computing for the vehicle, bringing car-level in-vehicle interaction capabilities to the two-wheeler mobility sector.
