Net profit nearly 1.8 billion! Hygon Information's first-half revenue surpassed the 9 billion mark: domestic chips are selling like hotcakes.

Hygon Information (688041) disclosed its semi-annual report for 2026 today. The company achieved operating revenue of 9.099 billion yuan in the first half of the year, up 66.52% year-on-year; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached 1.798 billion yuan, up 49.69% year-on-year; basic earnings per share stood at 0.78 yuan.

Compared with Q1 data, Hygon Information has sustained its high-growth momentum. In Q1, the company posted revenue of 4.034 billion yuan, up 68.06% year-on-year; net profit attributable to the parent company was 687 million yuan, up 35.82% year-on-year. All growth metrics in the semi-annual report remain at elevated levels, indicating that the domestic chip substitution process is still accelerating.

Institutions had previously forecast Hygon Information's first-half net profit attributable to the parent company to be between 1.7 billion and 1.83 billion yuan, and the actual figure landed at the upper end of the forecast range.

The continued surge in demand for high-end domestic chips is the core driver behind the earnings growth. Hygon Information stated in its announcement that, driven by factors such as the rapid development of AI and the swift growth in demand for domestic chips, the market footprint of its high-end processor products continues to expand.

Hygon Information has simultaneously increased R&D investment and iteratively optimized product performance to sustain earnings growth. The company is one of the few domestic enterprises with R&D capabilities in both CPUs and DCUs (Deep Computing Units), with products covering two core tracks: server CPUs and AI computing power acceleration.

In the domestic server CPU market, Hygon leverages its x86 ecosystem compatibility to hold a scarce competitive advantage; its DCU products directly benefit from the explosive growth in domestic AI computing power demand.
