Kingsoft Software announced its results for the first half of 2026 and the second quarter.

Kingsoft Office Holdings Limited ("Kingsoft" or the "Company", Stock Code: 03888.HK), a leading software and internet services company in China, announced its unaudited results for the first half and second quarter ended June 30, 2026.
In the first half of 2026, Kingsoft recorded revenue of RMB 4,927.1 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 6%. Revenue from office software and services, and online games and others accounted for 67% and 33% of the Company's total revenue for the first half of 2026, respectively. Net profit attributable to owners of the Company was RMB 1,639.3 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 101%.
In the second quarter of 2026, Kingsoft recorded revenue of RMB 2,510.4 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 9%. Revenue from office software and services, and online games and others accounted for 68% and 32% of the Company's total revenue for the second quarter of 2026, respectively. Adjusted net profit attributable to owners of the Company was RMB 330.5 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 37%.
In the second quarter of 2026, the Company advanced its AI-driven long-term development strategy, continuously promoting AI capability building and business integration across its three core segments: office, gaming, and cloud. The office business anchored on the core direction of "AI, collaboration, and internationalization," continuously driving the integration of AI technology with office scenarios and exploring innovative business models. The gaming business continued to optimize resource allocation around the long-term operation of the classic JX series games and product innovation, while actively exploring new pathways for AI-empowered R&D and content production. The cloud business deepened its focus on intelligent computing cloud services, strengthened full-stack AI capabilities, and actively seized opportunities arising from AI demand growth within and beyond the Xiaomi and Kingsoft ecosystems.
Segment Business Performance
Office Business
In the second quarter of 2026, revenue from office software and services was RMB 1.7 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 25%.
WPS personal business generated revenue of RMB 1,038.7 million in the second quarter, representing a year-on-year increase of 17%. In the domestic market, cumulative annual paying individual users reached 48.25 million as of June 2026, representing a year-on-year increase of 15%. In overseas markets, WPS Office launched two major features: end-cloud integrated cross-device synchronization and an AI-embedded document assistant.
WPS 365 business maintained rapid growth, generating revenue of RMB 253.1 million in the second quarter, representing a year-on-year increase of 61%. Guided by the core principles of integration, intelligence, and internationalization, the Company continued to advance WPS 365 upgrades and iterations, fully unleashing enterprise-level AI office productivity. While consolidating its advantage with central state-owned enterprise customers, the Company accelerated expansion into private enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, and local state-owned enterprise customers, while advancing channel ecosystem development to enhance WPS 365's market influence.
WPS software business generated revenue of RMB 375.8 million in the second quarter, representing a year-on-year increase of 34%. The Company actively participated in bidding for domestic office software projects from central and local government and enterprise customers, continuously expanding application scenarios around digitalization and intelligence needs, and driving the implementation of projects such as integrated collaboration platforms and shared document libraries.
The Company actively explored native office product forms, enterprise-level service models, and commercialization pathways for the AI era, launching two AI-native office products — "Lingxi" for individual users and "WPS Comate" for the organizational market. Meanwhile, the Company explored upgrades to the WPS 365 business model, frontline deployment and delivery models, and enterprise-level AI scenario implementation, driving the evolution of AI capabilities from enhancements to existing products toward a comprehensive transformation of native applications, business models, and delivery systems.
Gaming Business
During the period, the Company actively advanced strategic adjustments, optimized resource allocation, and refocused on the R&D and content investment of the classic JX series games, while promoting AI-empowered game development and content creation.
Since the beginning of the year, the Company has further increased R&D resource investment in its flagship game JX3, continuously improving content quality and player experience around long-term operations. Exploration of new social gaming categories has also achieved phased progress. Since its public launch on January 7, Goose Goose Duck mobile game has gained user recognition through its differentiated social gameplay. According to QuestMobile data for June 2026, Goose Goose Duck ranked among the top three newly launched mobile game apps in China in 2026 by monthly active users.
Cloud Business
Kingsoft Cloud continued to implement its strategies of "technology-first" and "high-quality, sustainable development," seizing industry opportunities as AI cloud services evolve from resource provision to value delivery.
Kingsoft Cloud continued to advance its AI computing power, MaaS, and FDE business development, upgrading full-stack AI capabilities around intelligent computing implementation and AI application demands. It continued to capture AI cloud service demand from the Xiaomi and Kingsoft ecosystems, with accelerated realization of business opportunities within the ecosystem, while actively expanding customers beyond the ecosystem.
Business Outlook
The Company will continue to pursue AI as its core strategic development direction, leveraging the application scenario advantages of its office and gaming businesses, as well as Kingsoft Cloud's capabilities in AI infrastructure, platforms, and enterprise services. It will also actively explore cooperation opportunities with the Xiaomi ecosystem in areas such as large language models, intelligent terminals, and cloud services. The Company will measure the effectiveness of its AI strategy through products, customers, and commercialization outcomes, continuously enhancing long-term competitiveness and shareholder value.
