On sale soon! Harmony Smart Xiangjie G9 official preview: one-key automatic roof lift instantly transforms it into a camping vehicle.

Hongmeng Zhixing's first hardcore boxy SUV, the Xiangjie G9, is set to begin pre-sales. Just today, the official release of the car's first promotional video showcases the new car's design details and some functional features.
The G9 shown this time features a black coating, paired with a large, square, and robust body, giving it a bit of a "suit-wearing thug" vibe. The most distinctive external element is the headlight cluster, which is massive in size and features a starry visual effect inside the lamp cavity. The illuminated logo sits in the center, enhancing recognition, and door projection lights are also provided, casting a G9 pattern.
According to registration information, the vehicle measures 5206 (5377) mm in length, 2050 mm in width, and 1897 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3160 mm. It is positioned as a full-size SUV, with straight side lines conducive to interior space. Semi-hidden door handles and thick chrome-plated D-pillar trims are also visible.
The rear design is straight, with upper and lower dual-ring taillights echoing the front headlights, also featuring star-like decorations inside the lamp cavity. The rear "backpack" is a common identifier for off-road SUVs, but unlike fuel-powered cars, the G9's "backpack" is likely additional storage space, not for a spare tire.
The full interior center console design is not yet known, but based on previously leaked information, the G9 will feature Hongmeng Zhixing's latest integrated dual screen, similar in design to the new AITO M9 and Zhijie V9, while retaining physical buttons for controlling the air conditioning and hazard warning lights.
Behind the dual wireless phone charging pads on the center console, additional four metal buttons and a knob are visible. Based on the icons, from left to right, they control air suspension, low-speed off-road, differential lock, and four-wheel drive mode.
In previous teasers, Yu Chengdong showcased the G9's roof lifting function, and in this official teaser, it is shown to support one-button electric activation. When fully deployed, a uniquely shaped canopy is erected on the roof, supported by hydraulic struts, with built-in lighting and mosquito netting. Occupants can easily enter from inside the vehicle, making outdoor camping a comfortable experience.
Currently, only part of the vehicle's features have been officially showcased. More information awaits further disclosure when pre-sales begin. However, it is foreseeable that the 9-series flagship Xiangjie G9 offers a distinct choice. Compared to the AITO M9 and Zhijie V9, it is more self-indulgent and is bound to attract those who yearn for the outdoors but are confined indoors.
