OPPO has officially announced its latest flagship, the Find X9 series, with Product Manager Zhou Yibao positioning it as the “Hasselblad Image Quality King.”
The Find X9 Pro comes equipped with a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO flat display, measuring 8.25mm thick and weighing 224g. Under the hood, it’s powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with a massive 7,500mAh battery that supports 80W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging, delivering both long-lasting endurance and powerful performance. The device also boasts IP66/IP68/IP69-rated dust and water resistance, significantly enhancing its durability.
On the imaging side, the Find X9 Pro features a cutting-edge quad-camera system:
- 50MP Sony LYT828 main sensor
- 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera
- 200MP periscope telephoto lens
- 2MP multispectral sensor
The camera system introduces five breakthrough technologies — AOA calibration, Danxia lens technology, triple-exposure capture, the LUMO imaging engine, and a next-gen 3nm imaging chain. These innovations enable features like true 200MP Hasselblad image output, full-focus-range 8K photo capture, 4K ultra-clear live photos, and direct sharing to Xiaohongshu (RED).
For video, the Find X9 Pro supports 4K 120fps Dolby Vision HDR and 10-bit Log video recording, with ACES certification for professional-grade color accuracy. Additional highlights include a 0816 haptic motor, 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, and support for an external Hasselblad telephoto converter lens.
With its hardware advancements and next-generation imaging capabilities, the OPPO Find X9 Pro represents a major leap forward for mobile photography and videography. From its flagship-level specs to the deep collaboration with Hasselblad, OPPO is clearly signaling its ambition to dominate the ultra-premium smartphone market.
The official launch event is scheduled for October 16, and it promises to be a pivotal moment for the mobile imaging industry. The question remains: will the Find X9 series truly usher in a new era of “image quality revolution”? We’ll find out soon.
