Xiaomi has launched the Mijia Floor-standing Study Lamp 2C today, now listed on JD.com at 1,199 yuan, with an early-bird price starting at 999.6 yuan. Reservations open on August 25, and sales begin at 10:00 on August 27.

The Mijia Floor-standing Study Lamp 2C features a dual light source design with an upper-to-lower brightness ratio of 8:3. The upper light source delivers 8,000 lumens, while the lower one provides 3,000 lumens, totaling 11,000 lumens, suitable for rooms up to 14 square meters, with an anti-glare index of UGR<13.

The lamp is equipped with an 80cm ultra-long light head, effectively reducing hand shadows and expanding the illumination coverage compared to the first-generation floor-standing study lamp.

In terms of lighting performance, the central area achieves an average illuminance exceeding 1,800 lux with a uniformity of 1.04, while the desktop area averages over 1,500 lux, meeting the lighting needs for studying, reading, and other scenarios.

The lower light source of the Mijia Floor-standing Study Lamp 2C uses a triple optical filtering structure, with each LED bead independently fitted with a lens. It has passed national standards and multiple certifications from TUV SUD Germany, ensuring no visible flicker.

The light source incorporates 384 custom full-spectrum LED beads with a color temperature of 4,000K, closely matching sunlight around 10 a.m. Color rendering metrics such as Rf approach natural light, providing a more natural and comfortable lighting experience.

For smart features, the Mijia Floor-standing Study Lamp 2C includes a built-in 24GHz radar sensor with a 120-degree detection angle and a maximum sensing distance of 2.4 meters, enabling automatic lighting when someone is present and gradual dimming when they leave.

A touch control area is located on the upper part of the lamp pole, allowing quick switching of light functions and modes. It also supports Mijia App connectivity, enabling users to customize lighting settings, as well as features like automatic on/off and night light mode.
