Ryzen 7 powered! Feiniu four-bay NAS EVO 4 PRO will go on sale on August 26.

The Feiniu four-bay NAS EVO 4 PRO has been listed on e-commerce platforms and will officially go on sale at 16:00, with the price yet to be announced.

The processor is the biggest highlight. The EVO 4 PRO is powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 H 255 octa-core processor based on the Zen 4 architecture, with a multi-core score of 28,700 and a single-core score of 3,703, delivering roughly 4.2x the performance of the R2514 embedded processor commonly used in previous-generation NAS devices.

The integrated GPU is a Radeon 780M (RDNA 3 architecture), with GPU compute rising from 654 to 3,579 Ops/Sec and the G3D score jumping from 1,257 to 6,765, significantly enhancing image and video processing capabilities.

In terms of storage, it features four PCIe 4.0 M.2 SSD slots, supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, and 10 array modes, and offers a maximum capacity of 152TB.

Two versions are available: 16GB DDR5 memory with a 128GB system drive, or 32GB DDR5 memory with a 128GB system drive. Support for mechanical hard drives has not yet been disclosed.

Networking includes a 10GbE port and a 2.5G dual network port, with the 10GbE port achieving real-world transfer speeds of approximately 1.1GB per second. Ports include three USB-A 3.0, one Type-C, and one HDMI, with an aluminum alloy chassis.

On the software side, the system runs Feiniu fnOS, supporting Docker, smart albums, and remote access. It integrates with Alibaba Cloud and Baidu Netdisk, and the professional media engine supports hardware-accelerated encoding and decoding, natively compatible with mainstream formats such as H.264, HEVC, VP9, and AV1, with exclusive adaptation for professional media formats like HEVC Rext 422 and APV 422 Pro.

As for launch benefits, purchases include a one-year enterprise license for the professional media library "Feiniu Material Library Seek" valued at 1,299 yuan, plus a five-year dedicated high-speed traffic channel worth 495 yuan. Lifetime free remote access is provided, along with a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy and a five-year extended official warranty.
