17.7 billion yuan! China Mobile's PC server centralized procurement finalized: ARM proportion exceeds 65% setting a record, X86 share drops below 35%

China Mobile's 2026 to 2027 PC Server Product Centralized Procurement Project, all 11 bid packages' winning candidates have been fully announced recently.

The total bid amount for this project is approximately 17.7 billion yuan, with about 62,900 PC servers procured. The biggest highlight of this centralized procurement is that the procurement volume of ARM architecture servers reached 40,896 units, accounting for 65.01%, setting a record for the highest proportion of ARM architecture in a single batch of centralized procurement by domestic operators.

X86 architecture accounts for 33.09%, still holding significant market share, with 1,000 servers of other architectures serving as supplements. ARM architecture has become the absolute主力 (main force) of operator computing power procurement, and the domestic computing power route is transitioning from pilot projects to large-scale implementation.

Sichuan Huakun Zhenyu became the biggest winner of this centralized procurement, with a winning bid amount of approximately 2.276 billion yuan. ZTE Corporation approximately 2.016 billion yuan, and Inspur Computer approximately 1.920 billion yuan followed closely. Wuhan Changjiang Computing approximately 1.903 billion yuan, H3C approximately 1.803 billion yuan, and Henan Kunlun Technology approximately 1.771 billion yuan ranked lower respectively.

Softong Computer approximately 1.552 billion yuan, Baode Computer approximately 1.245 billion yuan, Shenzhou Kuntai approximately 1.187 billion yuan, Zhejiang Huaqi Wisdom approximately 928 million yuan, and Lenovo (Beijing) approximately 884 million yuan won bids in turn.

Zhongcheng Hualong approximately 108 million yuan, China Great Wall approximately 69 million yuan, Ziguang Huashan approximately 40 million yuan, and Zhongke Digao approximately 39 million yuan also entered some bid packages.

This centralized procurement fully serves China Mobile's computing power network, mobile cloud, intelligent computing centers, and new-type information infrastructure construction.
